Definition and meaning of following:

“Constructive criticism”: Is a form of feedback that aims to help someone improve by providing specific suggestions for change in a positive and supportive manner. It plays a crucial role in professional growth….(Category that I fit in….)

“Negativity” (intentionally used): Being deliberately obtuse is typically used by someone wishing to avoid a result that would come about by a display of their actual intelligence…

However, in some situations “negativity” often has its roots in past experiences and based on facts. To add when one does not see change and repeats of past phenomena it increases suspicion and distrust. (There is a big difference between the fore and later statements with the use of the word “being negative”….This is for a few SH whose definition of the word “Negative” has very narrow meaning).

“Diplomacy”: Where announcements are written in double dutch…meaning “Blind folding you with one hand and stabbing you with the other”.
