Seems to me the sell side is (finally) beginning to weaken.
Perhaps there were a few who were worried about MNM trying to raise the million dollars at low prices and were tempted to exit.
As waigworen has kindly pointed out there is no immediate pressure and management have some time on their side to come up with a strategy to finance the Morning Star re-opening.
