A 7,100m drill campaign could certainly be completed this year (Assay Results are on the backlog in WA given the crazy amount of exploration going on right now). I'd expect the program + results could be be completed by Q1 2023 !
The Company can then get to work on an integrated feasibility study and get cracking into State Approvals next year.
If everything goes right from here it is more likely the 2nd half of 2025 when Mining would commence (That is just the reality of how long it takes to get a mining project off the ground)
The company could purchase flake on market and get operations at Collie started sooner, but obviously the margins are much improved if you are utilising your own feedstock !
