Well actually , RMS has more reserves and a lot more resources than EXU and they have a history of replacing mined oz'seach year so that stuff about keeping RMS profitable and afloat is just pure nonsense .
They are keen to get more oz's but the situation is not as you described .
I , as far as I've noticed , am the one (pure) RMS holder making a case for the deal here and I don't think anything I've said has been incorrect (unlike some).
Last point , the deal isn't a "sell out" if you don't sell the RMS shares .
It's just a case of having a share in several projects rather than owning all of one .
