Get yourself a miner with a speculative prospect and the stock will double even when the licence is 12 months out. Rumours of a deal with a bigger player bhp or rio will see it sky rocket, even without details of the deal.
Get yourself a biotech with a proven system, a drug with preliminary approval from FDA, a massive deal with a major player, full details regarding the deal, and what do you get?
a little spike in volumes.
