Great that XAM won't experience this cost escalation. Scoping/PFS focussed on open pit NOT underground development like RIO. RIO clearly lack capability to cost effectively develop underground mine. Actually can't think of any bulk underground mines that they've done a good job...you would think there are some given they are top tier miner.
