The Germans have already released research reports with much higher price targets and their register is nice and tight.
To exercise the oppies, Soochow will have to tip in almost $11m.
With the $7m currently in the bank and given that they're cash flow positive, this will leave them in a very strong corporate position.
All it will take is one buy recommendation from Soochow, who are now well and truly incentivised to generate it.
