water" without mentioning it was 9539 parts water, 1 part oil.. As though that wasn't the far more salient point.
Yeah the sea "flows water and gold" onto beaches too, doesn't mean you can go down and find a nugget even though seawater is one ninehundred millionth gold.
The only interesting thing in the report is they suggeset that the gunhole was what RPS based their estimates on, but I can't take that as a fact given the incredible sloppyness of the report.
