MGC Derma is 51% owned by MXC. The key details of the resellers are set out below:
• Italy: Contract signed with TAI-Ma SRL, an Italian company that brings together hydroponic stores and Cannabis Lifestyle Vendors in Italy
• Spain: Contract signed with Organic Oz, which operates dispensaries and distributes cannabis related products throughout Spain
• Romania: Contract signed with Coplex Distribution SRL, a Romanian spa industry distributor who works with premium luxury spa brands
• Italy: MOU signed with a cannabis wellness group working through retail pharmacies in Italy. The formal reseller agreement expected to be signed in May.
Under the agreement, it will place MGC Derma products alongside other plant wellness products and deliver retail product education and outreach.
So the company MXC only have 51% in is selling products to resellers.
I think this will stay the same or slight dip after people sell off the news
