Yes that's right, the TO offer for Spectrum was completely out of the blue, except to management who stitched it up behind the scenes and then announced it. RMS play hard ball when it comes to acquisitions, as their shareholders expect. I've also never heard Zep say he's after a working mine but if he did it means nothing. Zep would likely say that to throw everyone off his real intentions. RMS will do nothing to twig the market to their TO plans. Only the naive take his comments literally.
Zep won't TO Rox because he wants a working mine even though Youanmi is a perfect fit for his expansion plans to grow the Mt Magnet production centre to 300,000 oz au PA?
