When Goldfields got in trouble at davyhurst, HP as a secured creditor agreed to underwrite 25% of a cap raise. Its my understanding back then HP further went on to say if the market tanked it would lift this underwriting to 50% wanting to get the funds over the line to support their investment. I think @Student has a resonable grip on things here.
Should rxl strike a surmountable brick wall its resonable to expect an extra push from our cornerstone investor to get us to the finish line.
