Looks like selling has occured due to delays in MRE and the possibility of an imminent CR. Going to have massive dilution if they plan to raise at these crappy prices! It is beyond a joke on this continuous delayed of the MRE!! They need to get rid of their existing third party MRE geos and find someone more reputable who can meet timelines!!
