At what time should a consolidation take place???

When the subject was raised the other day it prompted me to research the pros's and con's of a consolidation.My findings were that there is just not enough positive reason's at this stage for a consolidation to immediately take place. In truth I believe it would have a negative impact unless timed correctly.IMO a consolidation will be when we are at our least vulnerable and that will be timed with production and cash flow.For this reason I gave a further post and believed that we have a 14 to 1 odd's of this taking place now and will more likely be timed with production.For each calendar month this figure will reduce 13 -1,12-1 ect until production.

I raised the question of consolidation to company recently and IMO were of a belief that this is not an immediate priority.I also in my opinion believe it will be a mild consolidation of less than 5-1 either 4-1 or 3-1 more likely and timed with either exceptional news or production cash flow.

A consolidation can happen to the benefit but needs to be handled with care.I would not advocate to push this agenda now how ever I believe the board will do what is right in the interest of share holders.

With the closing of prospectus tomorrow the support for Walkabout Resources will be better known. There is no doubt we have the resource,but do we have support?

Resource upgrade expected in the month of October and lot's to look forward to.
