Competitor offer nil fee up to $5k then .1% over $5k.
Competitor return has also performed substantially higher historically.
If you were signing up today which one would you go with?
if anything millentials are even less loyal and more price sensitive than any age category.
Agree this is not a good stage to be increasing fees which will hurt customer growth in Australia.
