It'll be interesting to see how willing price-sensitive customers are to change providers, or how much of a disincentive it may be for new customers. We've seen for years in telecommunications and banking that customers will put up with a heck of a lot of high fees, crappy service and woeful product before they actually shop around very much. I'm betting Raiz will get away with it for the most part.
