either you are new to rcu and do not read charts or.....pitt st sydney why would you want to push rcu today you can recieve almost 11% with cmw with a great track record cmw is a great investment reit quarterly distributions but most importantly the fund team is also the property managers team also note not one word of doublespeak...unlike rcu that strongly hinted in their last ann on dividends that there will not be a distribution in cash for the quarter but maybe after the rrt transactions is a done deal a special distribution will occur maybe.. with emphasis to will and they quote feb 2012 like everything is normal now why are pushing rcu
