A few thoughts ...
Yep! The debt facilities ARE expensive!
New covenant ratios likely increase the risk of breach!
But ... It gives management up to 3 years, so some certainty.
Also, if there was a breach of borrowing covenants and WHSP were to exercise it's rights and call the loans then a likely additional outcome would be the loss of all equity value.
