Where did you get 25% interest from?
It says 12% p/a for a 6 month loan there for the total cost will be 5% x$20m to set up and 12%/2 x$20m as the interest.
Thats not a bad deal loan wise.
The annual report isnt too bad. I find highly inflated valuations are just as bad to a company. So i dont mind when companies use bad news to lower their valuations.
Overall, i'm happy to HOLD with this report.
