It is my understanding that the $15 mill loan was to be arranged with equity involved. Equity at current mcap would have been too dilutive.

If this is in fact the truth, then I whole heartedly agree that an equity agreement would have been too dilutive and given cause for complaint.

Atm though, i believe the complaints are based on a lack of patience. Punters throwing coin at what they believe will be the next big thing, then realising that it is not occurring in their required time frame.

For me, no ann's from the company means that for Mr Wetherill, nothing has changed. I believe he is on the right path and trying to tell the market that, if you have not heard an amendment from the coy, then you can expect nothing previously mentioned has changed.

Expecting 10,000bcm or there abouts to have been processed and that the newly acquired fleet are busy uncovering diamond bearing gravels and preparing to sample kimberlite L46.
