    I purchased mine in February 2014. My reading is I meet criteria.

    Purchased after Jan 13 and held on 11 Feb. my interpretation is that as long as you purchased them at any point after Jan 13 you are ok. Even if it was after the trading halt in November.

    Is that your interpretation?
