Well things change, I believe this is a bad deal and has over halved the share price, of where it would be next week if this this deal didn’t happen, I believe if they did not do this they could of done a cr at 6c and people will jump at that massive discount, or if I am wrong which I don’t think I am (that’s why the sell of 5m came in at 5.7c to keep the price down)
the share price would of been 6c and cr at 5c
at 16% discount would give the 3.7m easily
