    There might be something to your theory...

    That may explain why Barclay Wells are now partially underwriting for up to $3.0M with Pacific Road sub-underwriting for up to $2.65M.

    There was no mention of Barclay Wells or the sub-underwriting by Pacific Road of anyone else in the 7 page funding announcement.

    There may be an explanation, but if the original announcement said Pacific Road were underwriting the CR, why is there now another underwriter involved?

    Perhaps anyone with more corporate finance knowledge can shed some light?
