Barclay Wells appeared in the prospectus when there was previously no mention of them.
They are technically not 'another Insto stepping in to support BLK' as they are now 'partially underwriting' the CR with Pacific Road now 'sub-underwriting' them.
This looks like Pacific Road are letting Barclay Wells take the lead for up to $3M and then only stepping in if the CR is under subscribed.
They were meant to be doing the whole thing, but now seem to be taking a step back?
This may give some credence to kyngdominion's theory that Pacific Road's involvement is possibly contingent upon a successful CR?
