First of all we have to establish a resource ( or reserve as you like to call it)
Once again you are putting the cart before the horse for the sake of being argumentative
I'm sure that if a reserve or resource is established - getting an extension to the current ML (if necessary) should not be a problem
especially for someone that doesn't hold any shares
