The ann from 25th stated that the agreement would "allow drilling in the current quarter". Possibly the terms limited drilling to that time frame due to land use requirements of farmers.
I don't see having to renegotiate necessarily a bad thing (except for delays). Initially we were negotiating for access when the whole region was jacked up on hype and we may be able to get better terms now. Pure conjecture though.
