Agree , there is always promising potential with this one, share price then rises a point , then the news stream stops and down she goes to where it was when the promising potential news was released.
It called propaganda, it keeps companies a float and pays the wages of the CEOs up until the next Capital Raising.
In saying that , if the share price ever spikes considerably it will be a clear sign to jump in as the people in the know will have already jumped in boots and all if indeed any really promising news does look like being released in the future.
I do not buy companies like this one on promising news , I buy on a rising share price as a rising share price is a clear sign Government People , Managers and local Councils have been told about good news a longgggggg time before the news ever reaches forums like this.
