You can think of the appointment of new VP Sales as two sided.

one side of the coin is that it is negative because the previous VP is useless and cannot achieve the desirable growth in LIFX. The market hasn’t responded well.

the other side is they have achieved sound growth but still not good enough hence brought in the new VP and they need someone who is capable of closing deals quicker, rather than dragging things too slow!
