Fair call re the experience side of things, but you'd imagine this new GM will have a good set of skills (certainly the guys at entrust would be keeping a watchfiul eye on these key appointments).
It's not like RW's were doing earth works or the like up there but the issue for the new guy will be 'relationships' - something Alan T had a heap of of course.
Based on the calamity of the last couple of years, the reputation battering, the market concerns re capacity to deliver etc, I think they'd be best set to JV any activities up there in the nearer term. A JV would bring (with the right group) less risk to all.
Anyone awarding contracts will be concered re capacity to deliver.
