Thinking from the perspective of the government, I think their metric of success should be:

How much antimony production results from each $ of grant.

So, even if Stibium was 90% gold 10% antimony by revenue, as long as the total antimony output was good relative to other applicants, then the 90:10 shouldn't matter.

But right now, the soil samples and rock chips don't say much about the potential output, other than the size of the colour anomaly. But maybe it could be in the interests of the government to fund a small amount to see what's there.
