    I'd say LGA unforuntately between a rock and a hard place. market this year didn't help IPO aspirations to pay Devon outright and ended up paying a few million and giving matsa a free carry it would appear to keep project alive and get a JV. least they will do something or die trying I imagine. better then doing nothing in my opinion
