Good buying opportunity but lack of volume and liquidity is not great and will likely pose a long term challenge for creating long term sustainable so appreciation.
Still if they can get some strong cash build over the next two quarters we could have a 50% cash to market cap ratio and maybe even a capital return to shareholders.
I personally think I buyback should be considered rather then a dividend is sp stays around sub 20c but lets see what happens.
