Hi Tek.
Not only a geo in this stock, but used to work at the A1 back in the the late 1980's.
Used to run the ore through an old stamp battery and run the fines over copper plates and wilfley tables.
On some good days there would be a line of gold an inch wide on the table.
They (Broken Hill Holdings or its subsidiary Gaffneys Creek Gold Mines) built a small 3 tonne an hour ball mill in about 1988/9 and John Howard (politician)
opened the plant.
One of the best gold mines I have ever worked at.
Lodes or reefs are patchy in gold, but there are many reefs still in the old workings that have potential.
Awesome to see KAU drilling below the old 23 Level.
Because the reefs/lodes are so nuggetty it is almost impossible to get an accurate JORC ore reserve/resource.
I think the current Geo, a bloke called Shawn has been there for quite a few years now and seems to be pretty switched on geologically, lets hope the engineering side of things co-ordinate well with the geo plans.
