    No one cares, no one knows.

    The top 20 shareholders at 1st March owned 57.41%
    The top 20 shareholders at 1st June owned 58.71%

    The share price went DOWN in that time? The retail holders don't know or just don't care.

    When the market wakes up, watch the price move. Because none of the top guys will sell. Hence to jump in you will need to add a bigger increase on the bid.

    5o million market cap is not out of the question.
