I work at Telfer and rarely post but I do hold interests in both AZY and GGP... Re Heritage clearance I would think that it has already been acknowledged... On the 4.12.2015 the Martu people who are the traditional owners of this land signed an agreement ( ILUA their language)... This gave Newcrest the right to all mining tenements, titles and approvals to carry out all mining operations within a 60km radius of Telfer... As new owners Newmont should be no different...
