I disagree here.
Not sure about the lithium, but the REE's are associated with their flagship and could be a very valuable by product of the operation if/when it gets up. There's large potential there.
Yesterday's announcement is showing, quite well, the product of some recent interpreting work and targeting for future geochem or drilling. No doubt there is a field program being formulated. The true focus is Quicksilver, but they can't ignore their obligations to their other projects.
