They have to announce it because it's material information and they are obliged to under ASX Listing Rule 3.1 Continuous Disclosure.
I agree, to an extent, that they'll farm out a substantial amount of their other projects. However, if they have done a bit of smart interpretive work then they may have an opportunity to add significant value to such ground or roll the dice and find something.
I think this company has excellent focus at present with the new recruit. I think you'll find Quicksilver will now get the development and engineering input it has been waiting for.
