The share price performance of KZM has been great and I made a lot of money .It is amazing to me how much KZM is valued at given its lack of company performance and drilling .Two years have gone by and zero drilling success .Whether it is fairly valued or not is subject to debate .At this point in time it doesn't have anything .There are lots of companies out there that are drilling and finding stuff,KZM is not at this point in time .If you search around you can still find bargains .Recently I have been investing in an Arizona based company with a US gold royalty with a p/e of 3.There are lots of small miners with a producing gold mine that are extremely profitable at these gold prices ,that is probably the place to be right now .I own NEE and KRR both Canadian companies though KRR has an Australian mine .Also own AMI and Silver lake even though its production is partially hedged .Just bought back some Fosterville south after a correction ,they are drilling and finding stuff though not yet at the main prospect South of the Fosterville mine .Not sure if they have drilling permits either for that prospect.I am concerned that the State of Victoria seems to be moving with extreme tardiness to approve drilling permits .Thats socialism for you .If KZM cant get permits in Victoria they need to do something in the Pilbara and see if they have something there like DEG .These type stocks cant maintain their share price on air and endless presentations which all say the same thing .
In the small gold explorer space one has to act quickly and take profits if things don't turn out as expected ,there are lots of other fish in the sea. Pacton which made a lot of promises, acquired a lot of land in the Pilbara and also Red Lake and hasn't found squat is a similar situation ,just got rid of it also .ARH
