Agreed grades and totals are just estimates but I don't think that a price drop kills the project as before any dirt is turned they will have signed an offtake agreement where there is an agreed lowest price. I'm assuming they don't dig the stuff up and then look for buyers it would be much better to give a discount but have a floor price. I also know that's how Sons of Gwalia got into problems they had sales agreements but came up short with the gold whose price had bolted and they had to buy gold in the market to make up for their production shortfall.
