Coombedown Resources Pty Ltd (‘Coombedown’) was already part of the JV that Barton was also apart of. This basically it just a renegotiation of the JV with the two remaining partner Marmota and CoombedownResources Pty Ltd. So no real change but more of a confirmation the ownership remains the same and conformation they will be looking to drill the Resources.
