    This prompted me to do a google search of the fellow... and fair to say it leads to some uhhh "interesting" reading. It would certainly go to some way to explaining why he would need to sell his shares to raise personal funds.
    Edit: I'm assuming the google search is yielding a result for the same Paul Cozzi you mentioned.
