It's hard to see much downside if you look at a 3 year strategic horizon.

But at the moment, I think the handbrake is on until the cash position is sorted out, with a view to November 30 conversion of options.

The ASX release by Niall a few weeks ago was an attempt to release the handbrakes.
A commitment by Niall/Craig to convert $1.4M worth, followed by another $700K if allowed ( over 30% converted )..
So $2.1M in total of the $8.2M available if all options converted.

But we are burning through about $1.2M a quarter, and had $4M in the bank at the end of June.
So without the $'s from options, we would have about $1.6M in the bank ( assuming no miraculous sales receipt ).
So with that $2.1, back up to $3.7M at the end of the calendar year with their cash, and then whatever else comes in from converted options ( I'll be converting my 1.5M ... every bit counts !). So, in summary, cash will be fine to see us through to the launch of Conneqt Pulse nd the Conneqt Band.

No Capital Raise will be required, IMHO.

The only other handbrake is the ability to execute successful projects. The Mobvoi project, which can only be described as "weird " at best, hasn't helped the market's confidence. We really need to something material to give the market more confidence on our ability to execute.. Let's see what Craig and the team can deliver in the way on results before Nov 31 to help overcome this obstacle.

Short term issues though. Medium to Long term, I'm a very confident investor.
