Pretty sure it wasn't Times Square, that was just some HC hype, but the billboard was headlining the coming revolution of the CONNEQT band, nothing to do with Mobvoi.
The first major announcement I'm looking for is FDA approval of CONNEQT Pulse, targeted for Q2FY22. If that happens on time or thereabouts, we're looking some time this month, certainly before November. FDA approval of CONNEQT Pulse lays the foundation for FDA approval of CONNEQT Band. Not to put too fine a point on it, but everything hinges on FDA approval for the CONNEQT suite of products, allowing CDX to market and sell the world's first and only FDA approved consumer vital signs home monitors and wearable devices.
CC has stated his confidence in this happening, given the Atcor SphygmoCor is the predicate technology/device.

If FDA approval is granted for CONNEQT Pulse, the options should be well in the money.
