As for the national interest, I guess it depends on whom TMG would sell the product to. If it were agreed to be sold to an Australian company to benefit Australia, then maybe. But if it's just being sold to the USA or China, then only TMG would stand to benefit from the approvals in the grand scheme of things.

I would probably agree that it would coincide with that announcement within the week if management is looking to hit the ground running and get the ball rolling, so to speak.

As we know, Anchor spent a few years in the courts before finally getting approval, but that was roughly 10 years ago. Things change, processes evolve, so it's hard to compare timeframes and determine accurate estimates.

For all we know, we could see news drop tomorrow morning. But as mentioned before, any predictions made on HotCopper are just guesses at the end of the day, until management announces something.
