When I re-read the recent announcement RE: approval from the NSW govt for transfer of exploration license 6388, they specifically say "is now finalising agreements for access to privately owned land parcels within the Tenement ". Were management being misleading or over zealous in this statement???............because that statement would lead you to believe land access was about to be agreed upon within the next week or so I would have thought, especially the "finalising" part. Surely legal contract paperwork wouldn't take this long considering the urgency, would it???
