So, I did a bit of research on another company that was unable to negotiate land access and had to go through the mediation and arbitration process. This comparison is for WC1.ASX—I'm not cross-promoting (I don’t hold or have any intention of buying)—just using this as an example. It’s somewhat of an apples-to-pears comparison in terms of the projects themselves, but the focus is more on the process involved and the potential timeframes if we don’t see land access news in the coming weeks. Tried looking for other companies but didn't have much luck for projects in NSW specifically.
