As Cungi has mentioned, I'm assuming you're referring to the number of shares on issue for each company, as the figures you've quoted match those shown on CommSec's outdated and always unreliable summary page. I would advise you never to rely on that when investing in any company. Instead, check the latest 'Issued Capital' announcement to verify the numbers. Currently, LRV has ~410 million shares on issue, while TMG has ~931 million.
