The number of shares on issue is actually irrelevant. It's the Market Cap that means something when comparing companies.
In this case LRV's MC is 436.6M and TMG's is 31.4M, so LRV is currently valued at approximately 14 times the market value of TMG.
I had shares in RVR, and then in LRV, and for the record I have sold all my LRV shares, but I don't indulge in bagging companies which I do not hold.
