I understand that the ASX market, especially at the speculative end, is riddled with inequalities (BOT trading, etc, etc).

However, I don't really consider the current movements in GAL as some orchestrated manipulation.

To me it is just a really dodgy overall market due to the current macro conditions, that has a lot of scared money in which many will take whatever profits come their way, rather than medium to long term investing.

And that may well be happening now as the 'sophisticated investors' who were in the last CR may be happy for a small return after sitting on 20% losses since the money was raised.

I guess you don't go broke taking profits, but you also don't get real wealth unless you get a multi-bagger, and these take time to evolve.
