I don't think they fully understand how the silver got there but are trying to. It's a bit like it's Sediment Hosted (Sedex- Sedimentary Exhalative) but those are usually a lot bigger and there's more sulphide. They are looking for more occurrences around there.
That's why they are working smart like this.
It's a good thing the lead is less likely to leach in cyanide and they will blend it like hell to recover the silver without swamping the carbon with the potential for lowering recovery in the plant.
All IMVHO.
