We need to see some serious ramp up on progress or roll some heads to get a team in who can actually build a mine and operated it profitably, better still somebody step in and buy out RXM at it's penny dreadful status.

I think there is plenty of smarts there for such a small company and they are lucky to have some very experienced operators.

4. The senior management look like they have a shed load of experience running small and large open pit and underground operations too
